DestinyToys.com accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover and PayPal for all purchases. We also accept mail-in checks and money orders drawn in U.S. funds on U.S. banks only. If you have selected check/money order as your payment option, please follow the instructions you are given at checkout for sending payment to us for your order.
We are required to charge Sales Tax of 7.50% on orders shipped to California addresses only.

Let us now that the order is a gift in the comments field and we will send a packing slip that identifies the contents, with no pricing information.

All orders will be sent an e-mail confirmation that the order has been received by our system. If you do not get an e-mail confirmation within 48 hours after placing the order, please contact us for assistance in verifying that your order was received. If you have copied down your order number at checkout, it will expedite our ability to assist you quickly.
Once an order is placed, changes or cancellations can only be made if the order has not yet been processed. We will do our best to honor any change or cancellation requests, but please understand that we have no way to implement any changes or cancellations once the order has been processed for shipment. Changes and cancellations can always be made to items on backorder before they are shipped. To make changes or cancel your order, please send your request to via our Contact Form. Orders are typically processed within three business days, and many orders will be sent out the same day they are received, if items are in stock. Since we offer several shipping options, how long your order will take to arrive will depend on the destination and the shipping method you have selected. We do our best to maintain adequate stock on all items we carry, but occasionally the demand for an item may be greater than anticipated or the manufacturer may be delayed in shipping their products to us. If items from your order are out of stock and not expected in within a couple of days, we will ship out the balance of your order to you immediately. Backordered items are given top priority and will be processed as soon as the items are back in stock. You will not be charged any additional shipping fees for multiple shipments caused by backorders. We will e-mail you to inform you of any backorders, and you will always have the option to cancel the backordered items or continue to wait for them to be available.
